Mission Statement

DELAWARE COUNTY SEARCH AND RESCUE INC.

IS ESTABLISHED AND ORGANIZED TO PROVIDE RESOURCES AND OPPORTUNITY FOR IT'S MEMBERS TO TRAIN THEMSELVES AND THERE CANINES IN ALL ASPECTS OF SEARCH AND RESCUE.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS TRAINING IS TO PROVIDE SKILLED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE PERSONAL AND TRAINING CANINES TO ASSIST IN LOCATING.

1) LOST OR MISSING CHILDREN, ELDERLY, OR ANY OTHER PERSON IN THE WILDERNESS OR URBAN AREA.

2) SURVIVORS TRAPPED IN A COLLAPSED BUILDING OR DISASTER AREA.

3) DECEASED PERSONS (CADAVER SEARCH)

DELAWARE COUNTY SEARCH AND RESCUE INC.

DOES NOT AND WILL NOT PARTICIPATE IN ANY TYPE OF FELONY SEARCH , OR ANYTHING DEEMED HAZARDOUS TO THE SEARCHERS OR CANINES.
